The power tube socket marking suggests that this amp has no power 
transformer.  Does it have two transformers?   If not, the amp is a 
shock risk that requires the addition of an isolation transformer to 
remedy.   If it has two transformers, you may be OK as one is probably 
an isolation transformer.
