[Harp-L] Qurstions about cusomizing

Hi Harp-L-ers
I´m Joe and I´m an icelandic harmonica player. I´ve played for twenty years now, although I´ve not played much professionally. About a year ago I started to practice seriously again after about ten years of mostly just fooling around with the harp and playing what I already knew- played every day though.
I´ve got plenty of questions which I hope someone will be kind enough to answer but I´ll start with just a few on customizing and customized harps:
1. Are there to be found anywhere on the net instructions for customizing diatonic harps? Following Howard Levy´s advice I´ve mostly played Golden Melody harmonicas and I adjust the reeds for over-blowing respond but more than that I really don´t know about. I´ve never been completely happy with my harps and that´s why I ask about this.
2. In case I decide to have this done for me: Who are the best customizers? I would order one or two Bb-Harps customized for playing jazz.
3. Are there any good customizers in London or Berlin? I may be going to those places on a short visit soon.
