I was recently reading Kinya Pollard's Harmonica Workbench article
fromt he October 2003 issue of Harmonica Sessions. He mentions that
the reed plates for the Special 20 and Golden Melody are identical
except for tuning.
I prefer the tuning of the Special 20 but prefer the shape of the
Golden Melody. Could I just swap reed plates?
Make you wonder why they do not sell interchangable reed plates for
these two models?
