Hi Chris.   Welcome to the group.  I had the same problem with my Soul's 
Voice D harp.  I bought a replacement reed-plate,  but I was unhappy that my harp 
was so fragile.  Subsequently, I've bought three Delta Frosts - which I love ! 
  I suggest you try that model.    ~Ed Cooper
