Hello, as one who has tried this bees wax method - I would advise that
one doesn't allow the harp to get heated up afterward... (or, left in a
car in a hot place like in Texas).

If it gets too hot, the wax can/will melt, and distribute itself nicely
along the reeds. (Go from OB to NO-B). Cleaning that mess up, is not
worth the time.

Even though I love bees wax, I much prefer a clear lacquer (nail polish)
to dot the rivets when necessary. As a newbie, I treated every rivet
head with bees wax. Now, I only do so if I get an  otherwise
uncontrollable squeal on a specific reed. I do that, with nail polish
since it's handy. (no pun intended)
