[Harp-L] 1957 Princeton feedback question

I tried a very expensive mint one today and could only get up to  
around 3 before feedback independent of the tone level. If tubes were  
swapped how loud could you get. It had amazing tone. I was playing  
through a Rod Piazza modded acstatic with the volume on the mike as  
low as it could be before becoming inaudible.     dennis
