I have been to the Unclaimed Baggage outlet in Scottsboro, AL.  It's quite 
an interesting store, and there are some unreal bargains in there if you're 
lucky.  I bought Eat a Peach and a Rice Miller CD for about five bucks each. 
I didn't see any harps in the store, but I wasn't looking either.  I bet 
they do have a few.  Regardless, do check out the store if you're ever in 
the Huntsville/Knoxville area.
