That song has both harp and slide guitar so I'm not sure which of the two is
"that sound".  I don't have the recording to refer to and my memory of 
the song
is a little hazy considering the condition I was usually in back in the 
Led Zeppelin
IV days. My few remaining gray cells do remember that the harp had a lot 
of echo
and/or delay in the mix.
