As far as "Blowin'..." is concerned, As soon as the
second chorus rolls around, he starts hitting the low
notes (1 draw on a G harp). You can get most of the
notes he hits on a D in 2nd, but the inflections and
nuances can't be duplicated in 2nd position (bends on
the 3 draw implying a flat sixth up to the natural
sixth, etc...).
It would be pretty tough to pull off in 2nd position,
accurately anyway...I've worked on it before. But
great practice!
