Re: [Harp-L] Any "great" diatonic harp cases other than Fender/Hohner/Masterclass?

I just purchased a new prototype harmonica case from a guy named Hetrick.
The dimensions are 11.5 x 7.5 x 4.5. It is smaller than the mississippi
fender. The harps stand up vertically and the case itself has dividers that
are interchangeable. So mine is configured to hold 24 harps, a microphone, a
small cord, tuner and mini amp. If I want to move around/add to the dividers
(it is designed to do this) it could hold a chromatic and 24 diatonics or
something like 40 harmonicas. I love it! The harps in my fender case always
slid around when I carried it around. These just stay in their
place...pretty sweet. I don't know when he is going to start selling them.
Email me if you want pics...MS

The Hohner actually serves me well and is a perfect fit and layout. I would just like the capacity for 6-8 more harps. I also have D. Barretts Masterclass large case which is nice to have set up in my home but requires a set-up with a mike stand on stage which I presently find too complicated. The Fender has always underwhelmed me. So are there any others with (important) slots big enough for Golden Melodys that accommodate maybe 18 diatonics and 1-2 chromatics and is portable and solid? As always thanks to all that respond. dennis _______________________________________________ Harp-L is sponsored by SPAH, http://www.spah.org Harp-L@xxxxxxxxxx http://harp-l.org/mailman/listinfo/harp-l
