Re: [Harp-L] Gig Notices

Danny's Gig List is an invaluable online tool & resource not only for Harp-l, but to the masses it gets forwarded to vias us on this list!

Tourists, Music Enthusiasts and many More.........!

I know I've been quilty of on list GIG plugs, but I usually only plug gigs if it's a BENEFIT of some sort....but I will GLADLY "Cease and Desist" if if means losing: THE HOLY GRAIL!!!!!,-)))

Again, I vote to KEEP the gig list!

and THANX Danny for your excellent work.

  Best,

I'm sure it's a lot of work, but I appreciate it. I pass them on to my
local Blues Club President, who sometimes uses them as a guide to book bands
that have to travel between Chicago and St. Louis (or make other
connections) that allow them to stop off in Springfield, Illinois for a gig
in our city between their other bookings.

I also use it when I travel to my family home on the East Coast, trying to
plan my overnights to coincide with a good evening of music. It doesn't
always work, but the resource is essential to that effort.

If there is no demand for it, I guess we'll just find another source. As
for me, I peruse the list as it comes out and I appreciate your efforts as
does the Illinois Central Blues Club.
