Well, that's like Vaughn Monroe sang 'Riders in the Sky' (sometimes  
called Ghost Riders) ONE time and was paid $5,000.oo
Meanwhile. 'I' have played that tune probably 5,ooo times, and I  
ain't made a lousy buck on it YET.
