Hi all-

I took the time to stop in Pasadena yesterday for a CD release by Steuart
Liebig's group, the Mentones. Lots of great playing by Bill Barrett-boy does
he know the chromatic! He was playing what looked to be a CX-12, and used
the same harp for the entire performance, thru a bullet mike into a Fender
combo amp. The band plays what I would call jazz rock fusion, and the solos
were sorta "free"-and so was admission!
