There is a group devoted to just the chromatic called "Sliedmeister"  
which is available with permission.  I no longer have websites, but  
do a search and it will pop up rather quickly.

That said, why?  If you want to talk about chrom on harp-l, just  
post.  There are actually a good number of chromatic players here,  
some of the best actually.
