[Harp-L] Lee Oskar Equal Tuning and slightly sharp

In the booklet 'The Art of Harmonica Maintenance' that comes with the Lee 
Oskar Harmonica System Toolkit, it is stated that Lee Oskar Harmonicas are 
equal-tuned by octaves to A440 to 442+, and the following table appears:

Numbers reference cents.
A440 =  0 cents
A441 = +4 cents
A442 = +8 cents
