[Harp-L] Reed Problem - Need Help

I've had them for a few months but I did just get a Bb SP20 from Best Little
Harp House yesterday that had the same problem as soon as I took it out of
the box.  I'm sending it back and John is replacing it. I've tried re-gaping
and that doesn't work at all - maybe we're talking about two different
problems.  I know I'll eventually fix this problem but opening a harp is
such a pain in the rear.  Nothing you do can really be tested until you
completely reassemble the harp.  You can't really check by holding the cover
plates tight to the harp - it's just not the same.
