"Playing music is frustrating at best." - Rainbow Jimmy
Then why are you doing it? Playing music should be EUPHORIC at best,
frustrating at worst. It sounds like you had a rough recording experience,
which I can relate to a bit, but you have to get a more positive attitude
about your playing or you risk getting so low-spirited that you might just
quit! Find whatever it is in your playing that you like the best, that you
enjoy the most, and do that on your recordings. Then find whatever it is
OTHER people enjoy the most from your playing, and do that too. No one is
ever completely satisfied with his or her playing, but you have to find
something satisfying in the experience or it's just not worth your time.
