. . .Tongue in cheek- move your tongue from one side
of your mouth to the other and push on your cheek,
move in a circle alternating sides all the way around.
. . . stomach thrusts- stand face first against a
wall, distend your stomach while applying pressure
with your feet. Do reps.
. . . Blow the bag, beginner level- horizontal puff,
sit across from another harp player, grip the bag with
two fingers by one of the handles and inflate it then
with a series of fast puffs while letting it go try to
propel it to your friend. Advanced level- inflate
while holding with two hands over your head and try
for height.
. . . Up against the wall boy- stand about one foot
from the wall, place your lips on the wall and
alternate from a pucker to a chord shaping.
. . . Tongue push-ups- stand the same way and do
tongue pushups.
Just made these up with a little tongue in cheek
humor but after looking at them there might be some
usefulness there.
