Go to the west bank school of music  http://www.westbankmusic.org

Clint Hoover teaches there.  There are many very good players in
Minneapolis and Clint is definately one of the better ones.

I learned to play by going to the Twin City Harmonica society for ten
years.  I don't know if they are still around as I was the youngest
member by about 40 years...  You will definately learn alot.

Try to find Don Allen last I heard he lived in Elk River he would
know and he was more or less my mentor through out the years.
