[Harp-L] Chromatic Jump Vs. The Eliminator: Which Came First?

On William Clarke's Tip of the Top there is a live tune called "Chromatic 
Jump" and on Jimi Bott's recent CD of live board tapes from his career 
"Cheap Thrills" there is a tune with Rod Piazza and the Mighty Flyers called 
"The Eliminator". The tunes are identical, so who stole it from who? Or is 
it a George Smith theme they both reworked.
