Re: [Harp-L] Deconstructing/Reconstructing

Hi Max

TB octave bending:

first try to play the 2 draw with TB from the left side of your mouth.....
bend 2 draw with TB from the left side of your mouth.....
hold the whole tone bend....
move your tongue carefully till the 5 draw starts sounding....

another approach....
play 2 draw full bend...(remember this note by humming it)
play the octave 2 and 5 draw....
focus on bending 2 draw and "try" not to think of the fact that you draw 5 as well...try to remember how the 2 draw full bend note should sound and bend from the left side of your mouth.

----- Original Message ----- *P.S. Does anyone have advice on T.B. octave bending ?
i.e. whilst holding a 6 draw with the right hand corner of the mouth, bending the 3 draw down a tone to get the octave - same thing with 5 draw & 2 draw down a tone.

Thanks in advance
