Hi If it's the one I think you are refereing to (The MM Harmonica Harness)
It made here in the UK by a company called PGLH Ltd
Regards Norman

I have one that was sent to me for display with several other types of racks at SPAH93 Rack-playing Seminar. I should have returned it after the seminar...mea culpa.

I have the name and address of Pete Cardimon in England who sent it to me. If someone wants it for $48 I'll mail it from CA and remit the money to Pete. I can receive credit card payments into my Paypal account. Let me know if you want it and I'll send you a Paypal request for money that makes it easy to pay by credit card.

The "Harness" doesn't attach to the mic stand but to the round handle of a Shure SM58 style of mic. This puts the head of the mic just behind and a little below or above the harp, depending on which way you use it. The distance is adjustable by where you attach to the mic and the mic-clamp adjusts forward and back in slots for about an inch. The spring-loaded clamp that holds the harp is not wide enough to hold a chromatic.

If you want to have your diatonic harp attached to an SM58 mic, then this is the holder for you! It is extremely well made with all of the surfaces that touch the harp and the mic rubber padded, and plenty sturdy. Knurled 3/4" thumbscrews loosen the adjustments for harp vs mic positions. It seems very well designed for the specialized function that it performs.

For good measure, I'll throw in a "Boor's Harp Cradle". This is a neck rack that holds the harp between two rubber hoses and has a chain that looks like a dog collar that goes around your neck. Being in the neck rack business, I bought it for evaluation. In my humble opinion, it is useless. The box that it came in is about the right size to ship it and the "Harness".

If this doesn't fit your need, then see my Ergonomic-Neck-Rack at http://www.Hands-Free-Chromatic.7p.com .
