I got the web site to work as follows:
1) Got to the link provided <http://www.chmel-classic.de/>above
2) When it fails click on the link underneath the Error 404 message or
2a) just go <http://www.chmel.at/>there from the start
3) Click on the 'English' flag  (it takes you to the same link above which 
fails via a redirection through this 
<http://www.chmel.at/sites/index_en.html>site.  Go figure.
