Some options:
A) <http://www.harpsoft.com/>BENDOMETER - One thing I don't like about this
is that it is a program written such that you have to be internet connected
to HarpSoft's site to use the program. It's features are great, however;
it's designed expressly for harmonica and allows you to chose the key and
type or harp (diatonic, chromatic) including some special tunings (Natural
Minor, Lee Oskar Melody Maker)
B) or what's wrong with a chromatic tuner. I understand that the Korg CA-30
at $19.95 is a good one that can decode the harmonica's tone well. I have
not used it myself, yet; but I have one on order.
C) Another option is to have a continuous tone sounding on the note
frequency that you are attempting to tune to. Then you sound the harp reed
that you are tuning and listen to the heterodyne frequency beat between the
two tones (like using a tuning fork). You don't have take your eyes of
your work to took look at an instrument, or depending upon your point of
view don't get to look at an instrument. Try

Tone Generator.
Not sure these meet your definition of "professional tuner".
