[Harp-L] playing an Octave on a single hole

I manage to start with 8 hole draw a go (slide) down from there a full
octave, unfortunatly the notes are accompanied by a second hissing sound,
sort of like a pot of boiling water. The approach is similar to an overdraw.
Is any on familiar with this?
