There is a very good book of Bob Dylan harp tabs, called The Harp Styles of Bob Dylan.  The song selection is limited but very good (definitely some of his best, most technical harp solos through the years).  I had a copy myself back before I was good enough to hit all the bends, but I've since lost it.  It was so good that I'll probably buy a replacement eventually.
