I followed Walter's tip and found a website for Paul Reddick and the
Sidemen:

The samples at this site are full-length album cuts. They're very
lo-fi, but they're a gas to listen to anyway. Reddick plays harp like
Keith Richards plays guitar: raw, smart when he has to be, and rockin'
hard. I'll bet people are jumping up and down on the bar when these guys
play.
