[Harp-L] Teacher in Philly area

I'm trying to find a teacher in the Philadelphia area for a guy who called me. 
I know there use to be (still is?) a list a teachers nationwide.  Does anyone
know  the URL for that site?  Or do you know any teachers in the Philly area.
