I've never seen an adapter like that, but I do have adapaters for the 545
that go from the 4-pin to 1/4" female ...
Screws onto the mic and you just plug your guitar cord into it. Hardwired
for High-Z output.

I have similar adapters available for 3-pin mics. Contact offlist or through
ebay.
