If you're really looking at the low end of the price range, check out 
the Behringer DR100, about $30US from online vendors.
Looking at things from electrical specs perspective only, you won't come 
near it at this price.
It's 40Khz, 24 bit , very clean sound.
It's not as rugged or road-ready as most of the pricier pedals,  so it's 
really  a "toe-tap" box, not a stomp box.

Behringer seems to have spotty delivery on their low-end stuff, so 
confirm that your vendor actually has the unit in stock, or you might 
have to wait for weeks.
