Mox very kindly has made available a pdf of his tab of Sugarfoot Rag. 
It also has the standard musical notation.  You can get access to this 
file at

The only caveat is you'll need to be a member of this yahoo group.  If 
you aren't already a member it's easy to join.  You don't need to give 
your real name, no approval process is required and you do not need to 
subscribe just set the membership to web only.  There are also some 
pictures in the photo section.  I can easily upload other pictures and 
text files if anyone has anything else they'd like to share.  So far 
mp3's have not worked.
