Except for not having $2000, I've been in the market for another big harp 
amp for quite some time and I'm always cruising the web and stumbling across 
more and more new amps. This particular thread has inspired me to write this 
open letter to roughly 50%-66% of the custom harmonica amps builders I've 
seen develop in the last couple of years. It is meant with all good humor 
and a healthy dose of seriousness, and I apologize in advance if If it gets 
anyone's cloth covered wire all in a bunch.

Dear Custom/Boutique/Hobby/Upstart Harmonica Amp maker
Please have someone of above average harmonica ability record your sound 
samples. They should, at the very least, be better than I. If they are not 
it will not inspire me to buy your product. If it is you, yourself, playing 
on these sound samples I suggest you spend less time building amps and more 
time practicing harmonica. I would gladly record sound samples for you at no 
charge, if you sent me an amp.
