I would love to attend and bring some amps to a gear taste test.  I would agree voting on what the best harp amp is may not be a great idea.  I thought that the minute I saw it come up on the list for the exact reasons already mentioned.  I have played quite a few of the amps listed and I can't say I didn't enjoy a one of them.  All of them offered something different and some the same.  I have a ball whenever I am getting to play through other peoples amps.  Some may not offer what I personally like in an amp but none of them were bad. All of them were good in their own right.   I speak with potential buyers of amps every day and I can say there are those who love all of the listed brands and Marble.  One thing I notice quite a bit is there are a lot of amp loyalists who like "their" brand and no other and don't even give other amps a chance.  Those people haven't even tried the other amps in the field to be qualified to make the statements they do.  I have been lucky in
 that I have not been a target of this ( that I know of ) but I have seen other companies that have and it can really needlessly damage anothers reputation who relies on their business.   Overall most people I encounter in the harp world are a bunch of great and friendly people who just love playing and want to have a good time.  Now that I am done with my novel, yeah  would love to meet more harpers and play through some amps!!
