I think this is a very bad idea. As we recently discussed, "best" is
very subjective. Some harp-l members make their living selling these
amps. The sound clips might not be "good" ones, the issues go on. I know
this may have been just in "good fun", but it's also going to drive a
lot of excessive fluff posts here that we'll all have to burn up our
'delete' key on. 

This can only create ill will and start arguments here....
