The nearest I am aware of is the Steve Baker "Blues Harmonica Playalong"
books

I am looking for an instruction book and CD that-
Has blues harmonica classics in tab
Has recordings of the songs with harmonica and accompaniment
Has the harmonica on one channel so it can be silenced using the stereo
balance control.
Thanks-
Jim
