Nice position, eh? Twelfth has a lot to offer but tends to be
overlooked in the blues world because its default notes are major
(although the blues "flat five" is built in). Works great for a lot of
major stuff, though.
One great use of 12th that Jason Ricci fans will recognize: the ballad
Sonja.
Nice chordal lick in 12th:
4B 4D 5D 6D 7B 8D 9D 10D 10B
Now play it backwards.
You can also start it in Hole 1 if you have good bending command in
Holes 2 and 3:
1B 1C 2Dbb 3Dbb 4B etc.
