[Harp-L] Tubes for your Bassman Reissue

My recommendation for your tube layout is as follows:

 

Preamp section going from the tube closest to the cable jack to the power
tubes - 12AU7, 12AU7, 12AT7 - People say this last preamp tube should always
be a 12AX7 but this works better for dirt.  Your 6L6 power tubes can stay.
Use a 5Y3 rectifier tube.  The amp won't be as lout but when you turn it way
up you'll get lots of dirt upon compression and a great amount of rectifier
sag.
