I always over pack with back up cables for pedals and my mic to amp.  I usually have four mics handy as well.  The rest of the list includes:
   
  1 delay pedal and ac adaptor
  Kinder AFB+
  Harp Commander
  Samson wireless
  Batteries
  Hohner 12 harp case with all keys plus three low octave harps in the chrom section
  Masterclass harp case with 7 harps.  Usually C, G, A, Bb, D, Eb, F.
  Powerstrip
  Extension chord
  Contract
  Previous setlist incase we forget the new one
  Black tape 
  Small set of screwdrivers, penny, and toothpicks to fix things
  Cough Drops
  Gum
  Business cards
  Mixed CD of music incase the house doesn't start some between sets
  Booking calendar and pen
   
  What I need to do it find a way to carry my harps and a set of all my back ups in one carrying case.  Two Hohner cases don't fit well in my bag even if I leave the other stuff at home.  I use a scrapbook bag with handle and wheels to carry it all.  Then I leave the top open and set my harp case on it during the gig.  I keep the back up harp case right underneath.
