I have been collecting my thoughts and am writing a cogent letter on  
my thoughts on the current state of affairs regarding the jazz club.  
Due to the complexity of the issue, it is taking me a bit longer to  
put all my thoughts, ideas and observations together.

I will post this in a few days.

keep up the interest in the jazz club--It CAN be fixed.
