I have to chime in with Tim. Again and again, Warren played sweet,
sassy, and tasty over both blues in the blues jam, and some jazz
circle jams - more than holding his own in such heavy company as Chris
Michalek, George Brooks, Allen Holmes (all among the baddest diatonic
jazz cats around) and Jimmy Gordon, whose chromatic playing is quite
amazing.
There's a guy who goes by the handle of Bubbles - his girth reminds
one of the corpulent baby-eating Scot that is alway eager to eat
mini-Me in the Austin Powers series and latesly in some cell phone
commercials. Afer one particularly tasty Warren solo, Bubbles couldn't
contain his enthusiasm and echoed the Scotsman's exclamation to
Mini-Me: "Get in *my* *belly*!!!

Don't let this stuff fool you, harp-l'ers! WB practically RULED the
blues jam with his original phrasing and incredible tone. He only
wants you to think he's giving up so next year he can hand out more
head wounds.
