Hi Dave and Randy,
The book at the URL you referred to looks like a Richard Martin book.
(In fact I think the whole list is books by Richard Martin)

...Blackies book is smaller and is mostly arrangements for the Little Lady type, 4 holers but it could be used for the Rainbow as well..
