  I was interested in the head mounted LED lamp, neat idea when out in the
field.  You mentioned your vision - I bought a few cheap chinese made
reading glasses, x2 x3 & x4 magnification, and found this made gapping and 
doing really fiddly work a great deal easier -  I recommend getting them 
for that sort of thing.  
  I used to take my vision for granted, but eventually I knew it was
becoming an issue for the close up stuff, and finally got tested, my
prescription glasses underlined how much my vision has shifted.
