I've never had a single bit of advice from any other harmonica player face 
to face.  It's all been trial and error.  I've looked at books but they're 
not a great way to pick things up.  I didn't get to where I am in a 
concerted, deliberate way.  It's all been one big accident.  I don't 
recommend this.  Much time is wasted and you learn in ways that eventually 
restrict what you can do.  But I enjoy what I can do and I have a ton of 
fun.
