Shure may stock these, if you get hold of a Shure spares dealer in your area
and ask wether they can supply you with the transformer that is used in
their current 545's that should do the trick.
Otherwise you could always take the XLR/1/4" one apart and use the
transformer inside (if you want to mount the Xformer inside the mic that
is). As for wiring it up just follow the way it is wired in the XLR one. You
should be able to work out which is the common ground and which are the
positive and neutral wires for each side, remember the 1/4" side is the HiZ
end, and the XLR end will be connected to the element. You can either leave
the switch in (if space allows) or you can remove and bypass it.
