No error.  The Gb9#5 chord is spelled out as Gb Bb D E (or Fb).  The E/Fb is 
the minor 7th of Gb.  When there are extentions in the chord (9, 11, 13), 
the chord is based on a 7th chord (dominant).  If it was a major chord, it 
would be explicity shown, for example Fmaj7#11.
