I can pretty fluently overblow hole 1 on my low Fs.  I don't have 
anything lower than that that's adjusted to facilitate the overblows.  
I'm not one of these people who really loves low-low-low harps, I 
prefer things in the Bb-to-Eb range.  I agree with George about the 
hole 1 OB not really being test to determine ease of overblowing, that 
it's better demonstrated with fluidity the overblows across the full 
range of the harp.
