Curtis has been very ill for some time recently, going on a cruise,but not leaving his cabin, missing prospective gigs, etc. 
 
The liver cancer is very aggressive. Unless the liver is removed with all traces of the cancer and another liver donor is located, Curtis doesn't have a good prognosis for recovery.
 
He is one of the good guys and will be in my thoughts and prayers.
