Two ways:
1. Get an Eb chromatic and just play along as written - transposition is built into the instrument! (but you won't be able to get the lowest two notes on on the sax - unless you go 'up octave' on the harp)
2. Use 'circle of fifths' and go three steps counter-clockwise, e.g. 'C' on your alto sax music is really Eb concert pitch
