Yeah, picked a bad example, usually the left hand would play a chord
progression which can be learned and become relatively automatic, leaving
the other hand to improvise. But for a "must-have-sheet" musician trying to
improvise at first or a beginner like me, playing a chord progression just
does not sound very cool unless you know how to make it cool and that is the
big challenge for the left hand. Anyway hard to explain.
