[Harp-L] Sonny and Sonny Terry

I'm not sure why anyone would be confused about this but I'll go ahead 
anyhow.  If anyone doubts that Sonny played with Sonny Terry I'll bear 
witness.  I saw Sonny playing duets with Sonny Terry in what I guess was 
the late 70's.  They opened for Muddy Waters in a long since burned down 
venue called Dooleys.  One of the best shows I've ever seen in my life. 
 Top 5 maybe the best show I've ever seen.  Sonny and Sonny Terry were 
great, Muddy Waters was great but didn't play all that long and Pine Top 
Perkins was just on fire that night.  After Muddy Waters left the stage 
Pine Top and the band came back out and played a solid 2 hours and they 
were just on fire.  Bars closed at 1 am then and they stayed on the 
stage until 2 and they were literally forced to quit by the bar owners. 
 The house lights had been up for 45 minutes and the band just kept 
playing.  What blows my mind is that Sonny when I mentioned I'd seen him 
open for Muddy Waters knew the venue.  Most people I know who live here 
would be hard pressed to come up with that name.  fjm
